My successful design for one zone of The Huayi Brothers Movie Park in Suzhou, portraying Chinese architecture, awarded the company the contract to design the entire park.

My design for the Main entrance street of Wanda Cultural Tourism City at Wuxi which was called by Wanda: 'The best Chinese architecture on any of their 25 theme parks'.

Designed upscale Golf clubhouses, amenities, hotels, retail, multi and single family homes, bungalows and condominiums at ‘Reunion’, ‘Bella Collina’ and ‘The Conservatory’(FL), ‘Laurelmor’ (NC), ‘Ginn Sur Mer’ (Bahamas),’ Promenade’, and ‘Patriot’s Pointe’ (SC). portraying American, French, Tropical, Tuscan, Mediterranean, and Mountain styles

-Design Manager and trainer of the Architectural Department branch in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

-Supervised Schematic and Design Development stages of the projects.

Position: Founder and Principal

-Founded my own architecture firm in 1987. Conceptual design, Construction documents and construction management of single    and multifamily houses, offices, hotels, retails, renovations and religious architecture.

-Remodeled of 2 houses in Rome, Italy.

-Projected over 430,000 sqf and built over 160,000 sqf.

1986 - Architect Degree, Architecture School, University of Buenos Aires, Argentina (6 years curriculum).

 

AWARDS

-1st Prize in the “National contest for projects involving architectural Treasures 1998”, granted by The Central Society of Architects of Buenos Aires (SCA) and The International Center for the Conservation of the Architectural Treasures (CICOP) for the remodel of an antique hotel at Olivos, Argentina. 1998.

-1st Prize in private contest for the remodel of the atrium of San Jose church, San Isidro, Argentina. 1990

-2nd Prize in a contest for the design of a chapel at “Marin University”, San Isidro, Argentina. 1986.

-Special Mention in the “30 best Home Designs” “El Cronista Comercial” award. Argentina. 2000.
